To reschedule the ride, call us at 612-723-9214. We’ll help arrange another escort. 

If you think you might need to visit multiple locations (like going to the doctor and then going to the pharmacy to pick up a confirmed prescription), let us know when you’re scheduling your ride. Make sure to call us in advance to adjust a ride you’ve already scheduled. 

When you call Garden Transportation Ride Services you can opt in to text messages. You’ll get text confirmation of your ride. You’ll also get a reminder one day beforehand. It’s a simple way to keep track of your scheduled rides.

Our drivers will normally wait for you during your appointments as we charge hourly. Our drivers can help you during that time with any needs you have, including assistance with getting into and out of the vehicle and escorting you to and from your appointment. Our drivers can also help with groceries, prescription pickup, and other tasks you require. 

If you prefer to be dropped off and picked up later, please let us know in advance. We’ll give you details and answer any questions you have during scheduling.

Unlike many rideshare services, we do not believe in surprise fees. That means no mileage or per-minute charges, booking or overage fees, tolls, or surge pricing-even during peak demand. Our pricing is straightforward: a flat hourly rate with no hidden costs.  

We do not charge any cancellation fees unless the driver is in route to your location.
